Mobile Breathing Air Compressors
High Pressure Breathing Air Compressor are specialized systems designed to supply purified, contaminant-free air that meets rigorous international purity standards EN 12021, for human consumption. Because compressed air at high pressures can concentrate ambient pollutants, these systems use multi-stage filtration to remove moisture, carbon monoxide, oil aerosols, odor, and particulate matter.
Multi-stage reciprocating compressors with inter and after cooler used to deliver high pressure air from 150 to 400 bar having flow rate 1000 - 5000 liters/minute.
Both Electric and Diesel Driven available. Multi drive system also available upon request.
Compressed air dryers are one of the most important parts of compressed air system. No matter where you are, in tropics or in desert, atmospheric air contains some water vapour. When the air or gas cools to the point where it can hold no more water vapour (past the saturation point), it will start to condense into liquid water. This happens at the temperature called the dew point. This dew point is a kind of measure, how much compressed air drying is needed.
High pressure Heatless regenerated adsorption dryers, with oil adsorber (Activated Carbon Tower) used to purify the air in accordance with EN12021.

Control:
Having customized control panels with dedicated “Manual/Auto” Modes offer the ideal balance of operational convenience and emergency adaptability. This control unit “designed/built in Pakistan” has a proven track record in harsh marine and coastal environments.
The control Panel will be having enclosure IP55 and shelter protection with the following contents:

Trolley:
We design and manufacture the trolley of HPAC strictly in accordance with operational requirements of “Customer” having following features:
a. Dual axle, 4 x tyres: High payload distribution, improved stability on uneven terrain.
b. 90° turn able on each side: Zero-turn radius capability for tight spaces. A 90° articulated turntable/drawbar steering design allows full swivel capability.
c. Speed: 60 - 80 km/hour for rapid deployment.
d. Inertia brakes: Inertia (surge) brakes activate automatically based on the forward kinetic force of the trailer pushing against the tow-vehicle during deceleration. This eliminates the need for specialized electrical brake controllers or external pneumatic brake lines on the towing vehicle.
e. Parking brake: Integrated handbrake assembly.
